Alison has been practicing massage in her private practice since 2007. She loves helping her clients recover from injuries, enhance athletic performance, and lead more pain-free, active lives. She is enamored with anatomy and delves into the subject, always looking for new approaches and modalities to share. A coach and educator at heart, she uses her keen eye and knowledge of movement to help her clients move better, with less pain.

When not seeing clients, she coaches and runs her other business Cascade Endurance, and traipses through her backyard mountains on foot or skis, often accompanied by her husband, daughters, or husky.

In addition to her Washington State Massage License, Alison is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, is a RRCA-certified Running Coach, and NCSA-certified Personal Trainer.

Justine Lucia, LMT

Justine has had a lifelong love of outdoor sports and adventures. Early in her athletic pursuits, she discovered that regular massage and yoga aided in her recovery time and improved her performance. She is currently licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

Justine specializes in sports and deep tissue massage and has taken advanced training in both. Whether you are a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or just need to unwind, you can definitely benefit from the bodywork that Justine brings to the massage table.

In addition to holding a massage license, she is a registered yoga teacher and has studied with the Nutritional Therapy Association. When she's not in the office she can be found running, biking, and skiing in the beautiful Methow Valley.

Dawn Mueller, LMT

For 20 years Dawn worked in various laboratories studying parts of the human system. After seeing the positive effects of massage on her own body she decided to shift gears to begin working with the whole body and went to massage school in 2009. As a sports minded person, she understand the need to move, resolve injuries and continue in the pursuit of individual goals.
